SPRINT INTERVALS- 5 Min
1 Min Sprint

45 Sec Sprint
45 Sec Walk

30 Sec Sprint
30 Sec Walk

15 Sec Sprint
15 Sec Walk

Complete 2 rounds for a 30 min workout. 3 rds for a 45 min workout and 4 rds if you are feeling Superhuman, for an hour long workout!
