Hi Caroline! I have been loving your workouts so much, but a question about this one!
For the strength conditioning part, what are we supposed to do 30/10 splits of?
30 of the first exercise and 10 of the second?
Sorry if this is a silly question - just want to make sure I'm reading it correctly! Thanks

Hey Jamie, thanks for checking out my blog! There are absolutely NO silly questions here?
The 30/10 means 30sec of work/ 10sec of rest. So, you would do 30sec swings, then rest for 10sec, then 30sec deadlifts and rest for 10sec - that's 1 round. Complete 4 rounds and then move on to the burpees and chest press. I use a Gymboss Interval Timer for my timed sets. They also have a great app you could use.
Thanks for trying my workout! If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask?
